Transformation is one of the key topics addressed by the CEISAR. All Enterprises have to develop the ability to Transform their Model if they wish to survive. Transformation is complex and risky and not so many Enterprises have mastered the art of Transformation.
The objective of the Institute of Transformation is to promote best practices in Enterprise Transformation. Transformation involves many different practices. We wish to deliver a Foundation to train Transformers with a common language, shared by all areas, so that he/she can get the big picture about Transformation.
