The CEISAR has signed the Enterprise Transformation Manifesto, developped by the Praxeme Institute, to demonstrate its conviction that Transformation is key to modern Enterprises. Enterprise Transformation is a discipline which requires optimization in organizations who face more and more complexity and lack of agility. Best practices, approaches and Tools have to be developed to help companies improve their Transformation practices. The Enterprise Transformation Manifesto is an excellent initiative to stress the importance of Transformation.
